Led by Antoine C. & Eric Ogier-Denis, the project involved the validation of a new treatment for Crohn’s disease in a preclinical model.
Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that affects millions of people worldwide. Current treatments for Crohn’s disease are limited and often ineffective, making the development of new and effective treatments a critical need. The collaboration between Biotrial and Oncotrial is a significant step towards advancing the field of Crohn’s disease treatment.
The results of the study were published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences – MDPI. It demonstrated promising results for the new treatment, with significant improvements in disease symptoms and reduced inflammation in the preclinical model.
Biotrial and Oncotrial are proud to have collaborated on this project, which has the potential to improve the lives of millions of people living with Crohn’s disease. Our joint research structure, Oncotrial, combines the expertise of Biotrial in clinical trials with the research capabilities of academic institutions, enabling us to develop innovative and effective treatments for complex diseases.
